Effective communication in challenging time - complimentary meeting about art of transforming conflict to constructive conversation, 26 May

We invite for a free meeting introducing the subject of dealing with conflict in human interactions and preparing for subject matter online training.

During the meeting we will discuss:

  • relational dimension of conflict
  • common reactions in conflict and challenging communication
  • the key to overcoming the conflict
  • measures and skills useful in having difficult conversations
  • training formula, Zoom platform features and necessary technical issues

Date: 26.05.2020 from 09:00 to 11:00

The meeting serves as a introduction to 14 hours paid online training (4 meetings for 3,5 hours):
“From conflict to conversation - dealing with differences in difficult time.”
4 meetings / date:  8, 15, 22, 29 July 2020  (9:00 - 12:30)

The goal of longer training is to deepen the understanding and learning skills useful to change destructive communication to constructive conversation.
